Once again this is why reality television really is reality television. Because while some people term reality television cast members as stars, they are just like the rest of us. Meaning that the same issues they have we all have.
Bethenny Frankel turns out to be one of us. Once again, for the last time, for the very last time, people who are part of any reality TV show are not stars, they are just regular people. Ever wonder why the Hollywood Walk of Fame won’t give any reality show people any props as they don’t offer them a star on that famous area of Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles? Well that’s for real stars. For the record, a star is Brad Pitt. Um, how about his old lady, Angelina Jolie?
Yes, they are stars.
Bethenny Frankel
Bethenny Frankel suffered a miscarriage during her last effort of trying to bear a child at 41 years of age. And these days being 41 years of age is not old. Lots of women have babies at that age. But Bethenny Frankel is talking about her trials and tribulations after losing what would have been her second child.
“You know it’s something that I’m dealing with,” she said on NBC’s Today Show. “Until you become a woman, you don’t know the things that come with being a woman,” she continued in conversation with Savannah Guthrie. She added, “the window’s closing…so…it’s something that I’m dealing with.”
The former Real Housewives of New York cast member came clean in full conversation today as she detailed her loss. “I’m 41…you go through a roller-coaster of emotions about it…your age, about being a woman, about can you have another baby, about are you failure to your partner, about what if my husband married someone younger. You go through a million things,” Bethenny Frankel continued during her conversation on the Today Show.
As much as I pick on people on reality shows as being phony and no class, you gotta feel for anyone who suffers a miscarriage. Anyone who doesn’t understand, well then you truly don’t understand.
