The show is huge now on CBS with monster ratings so TNT has moved quickly to pay over $2,000.000 per episode to air the popular show ‘The Mentalist’ in syndication.  Simon Baker’s show is one of the strongest newcomers on the prime time schedule and is just in its second year of airing on the big network.

The Golden Globe winner plays Patrick Jane, a consultant to the CBI (California Bureau of Investigation) working on high profile cases and using his skills as a psychic medium to solve high profile crimes.

The show also has a great cast including Robin Tunney, Tim Kang, Owain Yeoman and Amanda Righetti.  And the search continues for the serial killer Red John, who took the life of Jane’s family, which keeps him a part of the CBI.
