‘KFC’ is ‘Kentucky Fried Chicken’…’FFC’ is Flava ‘Flav’s Fried Chicken’
OK I just read this story and I gotta tell you that this is one of the smartest moves a rapper/reality TV show guy can come up with as a second line of work.
Or is that a third line of work?
Whatever let me tell you this story. Flava Flav, who did several shows on MTV including ‘Flavor of Love’ which was one of my favorites, is opening up a fried chicken joint in Clinton, Iowa called ‘Flav’s Fried Chicken.’
I just think this is brilliant.

Now don’t laugh cause most people don’t know that the ‘teefus’ wonder graduated from cooking school and worked as a head cook in a few restaurants before becoming a media mogul.
OK that’s a bit much, that mogul stuff.
But anyway Flav wants to open tons more ‘FFC’s as he calls them to compete with the ‘KFC’ franchises now selling The Colonel’s brand of Kentucky Fried Chicken that has been on the market since I was a kid.
Good luck Flav.
But I still think this idea is grand if they put the ‘FFC’s in urban areas and hopefully they don’t get robbed every night. This could be a winner if done correctly.
