Mel Gibson Calls TV Reporter the “A” Word on TV

February 5th, 2010

When you watch this you gotta admit it’s pretty funny.  But Mel Gibson probably can use a new public relations person.  If he hasn’t fired his PR company, which happens to be one of the largest in Los Angeles, he needs to after this mess that was created during an interview for the release of his new movie.  Gibson was grilled by WGN-TV Chicago reporter Dean Richards and after the interview he didn’t wait long enough for the microphone to be turned off and called the reporter an “a’hole” as the segment ended.

Gibson was doing what is called a SMT (Satellite Media Tour) to promote his new movie ‘Edge of Darkness’ where he sits in a studio somewhere and reporters all across the world can interview him about the new release.  Richards brought up Gibson’s past mistakes and Gibson tried to move the interview forward with no luck.

  1. funny! Looks like he wasn’t drunk during the interview but how they let this guy ask him these questions is really beyond real.
