‘Prison Idol’ a Reality Show, Investigation Discovery
Television has no shame. Truly. Investigation Discovery is the place for two potentially interesting shows. Ready for this.
‘Talent Behind Bars.’
Then there’s ‘Dancing Behind Bars.’
Yes those are the names of two shows being planned by the network. ‘Talent Behind Bars’ will be a singing competition and ‘Dancing Behind Bars’ well, is what it says. Mark Burnett is behind this one. Nobody behind ‘Talent’ yet.
"You're under arrest! Can you sing or dance?"...
And the two shows don’t have a lot of support. Twitter posts from TV critics are ripping it a new one but that is a bit too much prison speak. This one might be a bit much for it to actually end up going in to production. Though Investigation Discovery big people say that only perps with minor charges like drug convictions will be part of the shows.
Yeah that’s all we need is a bunch of dudes doing lines of coke during production. Hey how about OJ or the former governor of Illinois as judges. Bernie Madoff? Charlie Rangel?
Oh this has to happen cause writing stories on this will be fun.
