‘Penelope Garcia’s Double Shift on CBS, ‘Criminal Minds’
Kirsten Vangsness is probably the best reason why the original ‘Criminal Minds’ is so popular. She just holds the BAU (Behavior Analysis Unit) together on all fronts. In the field and at the office, ‘Penelope Garcia’ on the CBS show ‘Criminal Minds’ will also do an extra shift on the spin-off series ‘Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior.’
Vangsness and her ‘Penelope Garcia’ character is the computer geek that can just about find anyone and do anything with her keyboard and adds such a pleasant presence to the BAU. She now will do that in both shows. She will report to the new team of Forest Whitaker and Janeane Garofalo with her amazing computer skills.
