Well the controversy will continue on MTV as cast members from the highest rated show on the network have come to contract agreements. ‘Jersey Shore’ is returning to MTV despite the protests from Italian groups and the loss of advertisers. Which means nothing to the struggling TV business as there’s always some brand to replace one that drops out of a show because of content.
There will be a new location (who wants these people in your neighborhood you might ask) that is undetermined a this time but Pauly D, Mike, Snooki, Jenni, Sammi, Ronnie and Vinny could be living next to you. We don’t rent to those kind of people!!!
Other MTV new includes the renewal of ‘Teen Mom’ for a second season with 8 new episodes to be shot. And a newcomer called ‘If You Really Knew Me’ which kind of cancel out ‘Jersey Shore’ as this show focuses on ‘Challenge Day’, a program to break down stereotypes and prejudices. 12 episodes will be shot at 12 different high schools and will set to air at the end of this year.
