Jimmy Smits in New Legal Drama on NBC
This is another guy we’re glad he’s getting back in to a regular role on prime time television. Jimmy Smits, still looking good after so many years on TV, is starring in a new legal drama that is at this point has not even a working title but we like the storyline.
Jimmy Smits is a Supreme Court Justice who unexpectedly excuses himself from the bench and goes in to private practice. Guess whose company is producing this project? Conan O’Brien’s Conaco has a hand in this drama which no air date is available at this time.
What a TV resume for Jimmy Smits. He’s done a season of ‘Dexter’ and you will remember him in the short lived series ‘Cane’ which didn’t get out of one season on CBS. But he’s more known for his role on ‘L.A. Law’ plus ‘NYPD Blue’ and a co-starring role on ‘The West Wing.’
