‘Jersey Shore’ Blowing Up, Record Number of Viewers for MTV Premiere
Can this show get any bigger? I’m sure MTV is looking to bring along many more shows focused around the cast of the hit series ‘Jersey Shore’ well past the already announced ‘PaulyD’ addition to the network. Cause this show is getting audience numbers the size of some network programs.
‘Jersey Shore’ posted an incredible 8,400,00 viewers for last night’s premiere, besting last year’s first show that did a mere 5,100,000 watchers.
That’s amazing!
And if you want to reach persons between 12 and 34 years of age, well this is the show. ‘Jersey Shore’ reached more viewers in that group than any other cable or broadcast show this television season.
MTV has found it ‘Real Housewives’ franchise in ‘Jersey Shore.’
