Jail Time for Lindsay Lohan Comes When Arrested Monday
No one is sure whether Lindsay Lohan gets it. But she’s about to meet her worst days ever in her entire life if she’s arrested tomorrow which is likely after her mess of a week accused of walking out of a jewelry store with a $2,500 necklace.
“It’s not could be…this is going to land Lindsay Lohan back in jail if she’s arrested,” said Susan Filan, NBC News analyst on the ‘Today Show’ this morning. And Lindsay would have to serve out her time for the previous arrest plus whatever she would be sentenced to on the new charge if convicted which puts her in state prison.

So tomorrow will be a big day for Lindsay Lohan. “A new arrest is an automatic violation of her probation.’ said Filan on this morning’s show. TMZ.com was the first to let us all know that Lohan was to be arrested tomorrow.
