Now we all liked this series when it was on HBO but there’s no question that it was expensive to make. But the series ‘Rome’ which aired for only two seasons on the cable network and that we all wanted back at no care of the cost, is coming to the big screen.
‘Rome’ ran on HBO from 2005 to 2007. And with the coming of this major motion picture signing on the show’s cast from the HBO series is key. Entertainment Weekly confirms that regulars Kevin McKidd (Lucius Vorenus) and Ray Stevenson (Titus Pullo) are signing on to the project and ‘Rome’ executive producer Bruno Heller who is now making his TV bones again with ‘The Mentalist’ on CBS, is done with the script for the film.
