Gabrielle Union Set to Lead in a Lifetime ‘Army Wives’ Spinoff
Well damn it’s about time. Gabrielle Union has been playing second fiddle to a lot of second rate performers for most of her career without an ounce of respect for the number of roles she has performed.
OK so the hookup with Dwayne Wade of the Miami Heat has caused turmoil for both of them since he was, well, married before they began dating. But she’s not the first and won’t be the last to be involved in such a mess.
Ask Sandra Bullock. Then shut up all haters.
Looks like Lifetime will be producing a spinoff from their original series ‘Army Wives’ and Ms. Union will be heading the cast. Her roles in ABC’s ‘Flash Forward’ along with ‘Ugly Betty’ and then add in one of the best shows ever canceled which she was in several episodes of ‘Life’ on NBC have earned her this attention.
If you google her you’ll see that she’s done a lot and earned a lead role. She currently is in season four of ‘Army Wives’ in an ‘embedded pilot’ role that will lead to the spinoff.
