On the heels of picking up the blockbuster movie ’2012′ to first run that movie on its cable network, FX is really busy getting their hands on a couple of other huge grossing films.  The movies ‘Twilight’ and the recently released follow-up film ‘New Moon’ will get its first television broadcast rights on FX.

twilight_new_moon‘Twilight’ will be available in late 2011 while ‘New Moon’ will be ready to go in late 2012.  The third part of this mega hit group of movies to be released in June of next summer is called ‘Eclipse’ and FX will also get first broadcast rights to that film which they will be able to air in late 2013.

Showtime has the pay cable rights to air the trilogy.
