First NFL ‘Hard Knocks’ Now ‘Hockey’ Gets in to the HBO Game
Well HBO’s “Hard Knocks’ might not be the place for any sports team to work with after this past summer’s look at the New York Jets and the demise of their current season. But you have to admit that the show and the series itself over the years has been fun to watch.

Last Year's Classic at Chicago's Wrigley Field
Is it time for a similar show on hockey? HBO thinks so as it has announced a new four episode series ’24/7 Penguins/Capitals: Road to the NHL Winter Classic.’
That winter classic is the outdoor game that will take place at Pittsburgh’s Heinz Field on New Years Day, January 1. For the last several years, the NHL has played a game between two of its teams outside in the frigid temperatures. And this game will take place between the Pittsburgh Penguins and the Washington Capitals to be broadcast live on NBC.
The series airs Wednesday’s at 10PM on HBO.
