Dumped From Show, ‘Glee’ Coach Tanaka Gets New Gig
Patrick Gallagher is one unlucky guy. Patrick Gallagher is one very lucky guy. So the guy who played Coach Ken Tanaka on the FOX monster hit ‘Glee’ was bounced from the show after being told that his character would not be returning to the show for season two.
That’s the unlucky part of the story for Pat. Now the lucky ending.

Patrick Gallagher will be joining the cast of the TNT show ‘Men of a Certain Age’ for season two of that show which will come back to the network on November 29. Gallagher, according to TheWrap, will play a mechanic in the car dealership owned by Andre Braugher’s character ‘Owen.’ Not yet confirmed is Peter’s character’s name or how many episodes he will appear in during the new season of Ray Romano’s show.
