‘Dora The Explorer’ Kid Voicer Sues Producers

‘Dora The Explorer’ Kid Voicer Sues Producers…Hollywood will just about screw anybody out of money.  Then on the other side of this is parents who are dumb enough to sign a kid to a contract with the support of a slimy talent agent.

Hence we have the saga of Caitlin Sanchez, the voice of ‘Dora The Explorer’ on Nickelodeon.

So here’s what happened according to the lawsuit file against the producers of the show.  Back in 2007 after Caitlin was chosen to be the voice of ‘Dora,’ her ‘lost in space’ mother and father signed her away for a meager $5,115 per episode.  In addition, the 12 year old at that time was forced to fly around the country promoting the show and was only given $40 a day in food allowance.

Oh yes, so Hollywood.

Now mother and father, who have to be the dumbest parents right after Lindsay Lohan’s crew, signed the agreement for their kid to do all of this and blame their agent Jason Bercy for forcing them to sign an agreement after just 22 minutes to review.

Mommy and daddy say the show owes them millions of dollars.  Saying they were duped in to signing the agreement and want compensation for hundreds of hours of studio session.

More to come.
