Don’t Miss a Second of ‘The Event’
Cause if you miss a second of ‘The Event’ you will really be lost. But you will really want to continue to tune in to see just what the heck this series is all about.
This was NBC’s most successful program launch in three years. And it was damn good.
“What happened” asks President Martinez’s wife after the plane that was headed for the White House disintegrates in mid air. And that’s how the show ends as nobody can explain the disappearance of the jet but the promos for next week are just about as confusing as the first episode.

Even the actors on ‘The Event’ have no clue in real life what is going on as the writers have kept even them in the dark during the production. And you can get a chance to watch it again on Saturday night as NBC does an incredibly smart thing and re-purposes this show for another airing on another night.
NBC spent millions to promote this show along with making sure that the actors on the program when all to the wall to do interviews everywhere.
Now get this. NBC has sold this show to 200 countries so there’s a lot at stake here and it might be just worth it as ‘The Event,’ for now, is a big hit.
