‘Conan’ That’s All Folks!
Well this will be a short story. Conan O’Brien has announced the name of his new show. It’s called ‘Conan’ simply ‘Conan.’ Vulture, the web site for New York Magazine, got the exclusive from Conan O’Brien whose new program starts on TBS on November 8th.
You can watch the announcement for the program below. Frat boy humor is back. Where it belongs, on cable. Ad execs say TBS is getting network advertising rates for ‘Conan’ but once the first week of the show airs, life will turn back to normal and Coco’s rates will be back to normal cable level.
Never really got his humor and thought he was about as much of a fit for ‘The Tonight Show’ as Jay Leno was for 10PM. Meaning not a very good fit. But Conan’s brand of humor is perfect for cable.
Just don’t get his humor but I’m not 22 years old so I’m not suppose to am I?
