This is dissapointing.  My summers are over.  Well summers for watching the replacement series Flashpoint, the Canadian produced drama on CBS.  Flashpoint also aired new episodes on ION TV and is a hit cop drama show on Canadian television.

It was a solid series on American television as well.  I really like Flashpoint.

Word comes down that production will end on the series after the upcoming fifth season.  The series will shoot its final episodes in June and then be shelved by the show’s production company after 75 episodes over the five years.

Canadian broadcaster CTV also carried Flashpoint along with CBS and ION Television.
