Don Cheadle and George Clooney -
Actor/Producer Don Cheadle did one pitch and FX jumped through hoops to sign a deal for the production of ‘March to Madness’, a drama that will detail the seedy and glory side of college basketball. And they’ve brought in former college hoop coach Dave Miller to help put together this new project.
Cheadle’s team brought the project to FX which is a perfect place to reach younger male viewers and no word at this point on whether Cheadle will star or just work behind the camera. No other talent has been attached to this movie. Cheadle also produced ‘Crash’ on the pay network Starz and was the lead actor in the movie ‘Traitor’ released in 2008.
