‘Baywatch’ Babe Hospitalized with Serious Ailment
First she felt slightly overexposed when several TSA agents did a body scan at Los Angeles International Airport. “This could, and I’m sure it does, happen to other women” she told AOL News after agents snickered and wowed at her scan results.
Donna D’Errico, former ‘Baywatch’ and now just a regular actor, has bigger concerns right about now. She’s been infected with a virus known as ‘MRSA’ which is medically identified as methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus, which she caught from a relative that she visited in a hospital.
That was the trip she was on in December when the touchy feely scan took place by the TSA.
This infection is no joke. It is highly resistant to antibiotics. It is what health officials call a hospital acquired virus.
She’s expected to be released next week after treatment.
