Another CNN Mistake, It’s Piers Morgan for Larry King
Who is running this network? I mean who makes these decisions to put talent on CNN? Beetle Bailey?
This had to be the second most watched replacement on television. The first is the goings-on over at ‘American Idol’ and the second is the retirement of Larry King at CNN and the line of names who were to replace him.
The final answer is ‘America’s Got Talent’ judge Piers Morgan. Who basically will do nothing more than continue the decline of CNN viewers which have been dropping faster than President Obama’s approval ratings.
Damn that was cold. Which one you say? Both.
Larry King may be an old fart but the guy is one of the best interviewers on television. He can’t help it if only 50% of American high schoolers graduate and Snooki from ‘Jersey Shore’ has higher Q ratings than him.

So enter a judge from a reality show. Thing is Piers does have interviewing experience. He was an editor at the British newspaper the Daily Mirror so he is not unfamiliar with the journalistic side of things in the media world.
I just think this network has thrown in the towel. It has lost all foundation and any respect in the news business yet is trying its best to find something to be proud of yet this move and the D.L. Hughley mistake just shows no one over at CNN knows what the hell they’re doing.
What a mess.
