ABC is really going after women. And the success of ‘Cougar Town’ surely is a big part what two new shows that will be coming to the network probably in fall 2010. The alphabet network has ordered a series from the book ‘Women Are Crazy, Men Are Stupid’ written by Howard Morris and Jenny Lee. Plot focuses on couples who have failed first marriages and hook up with the goal to make their new union actually work.
And more about men with ABC ordering up another series based on the book ‘Awkward Situations for Men’ which will star British actor Danny Wallace. This comedy was brought on by the book with the same title written by Wallace and to hit the book stores soon. He moves to the U.S. in the new series with his wife. And gets himself in to lots of trouble as he clashes with his new American values with his everyday behavior.
