From ‘The Good Wife’ to Fox Business Network for Lou Dobbs
The last time we saw Lou Dobbs on television he was in negotiation with the law firm of Lockhart, Gardner and Bond in Chicago for personal legal representation. Oh, sorry that’s the name of the firm on CBS TV’s hot new show ‘The Good Wife’ where Dobbs did a cameo in season two of the series.
But now he has a real thing going on at FOX Business Network as the fledgling sister to FOX News tries to make hay in the world of cable TV’s business news.
Good luck Lou Dobbs as he returns to television full time getting set to host a new show on Fox Business Network at the beginning of next year.
A year ago Dobbs quit his gig over at CNN in a huff over content of his show. This was the second time as he said goodbye in 2000 after issues with then network big guy Rick Kaplan who Dobbs believed was pushing nice Bill Clinton stories.
Last year he up and left after pretty solid opposition to his show’s content. Part from the Obama ‘birther’ theory that he took the lead on topic saying that the President was not born in America. Those types of conservative positions and a few bullets fired at his home helped move him out of CNN.
