‘Occupy LA’ Getting Put Out Now, Miley Cyrus Drops ‘Occupy LA” and Everywhere Video
Sunday night at midnight was supposed to be the deadline for those involved in Occupy LA demonstrations as police came in to remove the Los Angeles version of Occupy OA. Cops in riot gear pushed them back off of city sidewalks.
Occupy LA is pretty much being dismantled. But there could be more tension as tents that were supposed to be removed. Three persons were detained for throwing objects at police.
In the meantime Hannah Montana is certainly growing up isn’t she? Miley Cyrus probably would like to take that character that made her pretty much who she is today is getting far, far away from being the cute little girl singing and dancing on The Disney Channel and getting her brand involved in supporting the Occupy Wall Street movement that has not only taking place here in the United States but the Occupy protests taking place across the world.
The performer has now released her own video and song in support of the effort of Occupy where regular, everyday people are protesting against the lack of any government in any country to provide jobs and a good economy so that we can all get back to making the same bucks we used to make a few years ago. A few years ago meaning that things in this country and globally were better a few years back which kinda tells you how things suck pretty much today.
It’s A Liberty Walk is a compilation of all demonstrations taking place worldwide. It features the protesting and the clashes with police.
Is Miley going to head down to Wall Street to join the protestors. Not. And quite frankly most people who are protesting probably have no clue as to who is Miley Cyrus. Pete Seeger and Arlo Guthrie are perfect to join since they pretty much need the public relations effort.
Anyway the video is below for your viewing.
